Hello,
i didn't get real start date set for activity when status is "in progress".
Just changing the status and set the "start date" but nothing in advancement :
Nothing in log...

Real is normally well informed
have you tested on 11.1.5 if the problem persists?

Test on V11.2.1 on XAMP (intégration for me), is the same result :

Tested in DEMO, the same issue (see activity #10 for project test 2).
Activity is in progress, in progress date is set to 16/04/2024 and real start date is empty.

It works with "fixed duration"
