In menu items, character ' is replaced by HTML code 39.
I found it in the french translations.

Arghhh !
This is side effect of new Translation Application.
We'll fix it asap.
Ticket #3136 recorded.

Bring your attention on menu items. Elsewhere all appears to be correct.
Example in the french translation, "Aujourd'hui" is bad in menu items. But is good in user parameter "Première page affichée".
