in new version 7.2.2 ,All icons appears in the menu. even althoug i have no right.

Are you really sure you did not connect with admin user ?
I don't reproduce this kind of issue.
And there is no change in access rights on V7.2.

Same issue here in process of testing 7.2.7. I connect with a projet manager profile who should not see organization screen, but link appears in main menu?

I am almost sure it is an access right configuration.
This works fine for long and has not been changed.
Check for instance that your user is not allocation to a project with admin rights...
