Hi
We found that in version 11.2.1 and 11.2.2 the validated work of a parent activity is not summing all the validated work of its children

What is your setting of "consolidate validated work & cost" ?
See in Global parameters/Planning/Automation.

It is set in "Never". Looks like that was the issue.
