I want to ask a question. When I change the status of the activity, for example "assigned" to "in progress" or "in progress" to "done", the system didn't send E-mail to responsible.
I have set every parameter already, like user's account, resourcer's E-mail, Mails on status change.
Can you check in "Tools"/"eMails Sent" and directly in thel "mail" table if an email has been generated.
Maybe it is ERROR.
Then you must check your sendmail parameters in the parameters.php file.
You may also get some interesting information in the log file.
