I coumld not reproduce.
Could you have a look at the log file to fetch the complete error message ?

In fact, when the gui displays "ERROR : An error occured on 2011-09-02 at 18:26:49 ", you should have in the log file a message at the same timestamp.

You may also set debug level to 4 and reproduce, the error message will directly be displayed.
Please forwrd the error message so that I can investigate.

Ok,
I found the issue.
To reproduce, I had to set to "closed" status with id=2, and I had exactly your error message.

Issue is now fixed and will be deployed in V1.7.1 (today).

The release hold on your server as V1.7.1 is always V1.7.0 (same link, and same size when i download it).
I install it, and version is really V1.7.0

The download link to V1.71 realy loads V1.7.1 now.
