- is your user active ?
- which profile ?
- did you change anything in profiles and access rights ?
Could you alos set debugLevel to 4 (in parameters.php) try again and post log file here.

and founding nothing :huh:
I realized that your issue was on the web site :woohoo:
I could reproduce but issue is not systematic.
It seems to occur when you register and/or log in in a language that does not correspond to your browser locale.
I think I fixed most cases, but possibly not all.
If you face such issue, please post exect url your borwser in pointing to.
And please, try and describe clearly reported issues 👿
