Hi,
I was trying to add a new field in form that is used to Create a new resource, I was unable to add the field. Can anyone please help me in doing it.

I'm not an expert.
I think, you must add a new field to the table.
In source code, you mapped field on screen with field on table (May be by name).
Under directory, "model' you have "custom" sub directory.
Copy the file you want to modify in "custom" directory.

It does exatly what oyu want.
