The online manual may be quite usefull.
It not complete yet (february 2011) but gets detail of most of the functionalities.
You can have a look at it here in the "Manual" section, or directly into the application : [F1] will lead you to the contextual help in the manual.

For information, the ppt version of the online manual is also available in the "Downloads" section.

If it can help, I start to translate the ppt version.
Then, the contextual help [F1] will be possible online in french.
