Does Projektor allow you to perform special schedules?
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 am-1: 00 pm and 2:00 pm -19:00 a.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
It could be done this time with a trick like occupy to all the personnel with a project that has a schedule only in the afternoon of Friday (special project Friday 14:00 - 19:00 hrs).

In fact, ProjeQtOr does not really manage hours.
It can plan halfs days for a resource on a project, but will never tell when in the day hours are planned.
