I found the solution : no accent are allowed... It is restrictive, is it normal ?
And i add that it works for .doc or .png for example but not for .pdf it used to work for .pdf in the past Please help
An dit does the same on other document in other ticket for example...
No i do not think so as it works for other document without any issue. it seems that download.php script is not launched...
