I'm trying to reopen a ticket where dispatch work was wrongly recorded. I get an error when I try to reopen:
"You tried and directly remove more than your own work (0 d). You should use "Dispatch work" button for this."
Could you please help me to figure this out ?
I tried:
re-open the project > OK
re-open activity > OK
re-open ticket > always failing

The work was not input by you.
So you cannot remove work just entering zero in real work.
To remove work from other, use the button "Dispatch Work" (message is explicit)
