we search a bit more and it looks like we have problems with the displays. In the window the modules "Access to the screens Environmental parameters", we do not have the visual on all the information. (See ProjeQtOr_Paremetre Environnementaux - Google Chrome.jpg)

We found the PB, but I think it's a BUG.
we removed the HR module in module management and this causes the display problem.
By reactivating it, we have access to the rest of the rights in environmental parameters again

I cannot reproduce.
On my Dev environment, default is Module HT disabled (never abled)
Client is correctly displayed.
When I activate adn desactivate HR module it is still correct.

What happens in your case if you re-disable HR modiule ?
