Please suggest is their any workaround so that we can add formula to calculate real work from done and handled field and disable user manual entry.Please suggest code level entry for same if possible.

Activate Global Parameter "Manual progress of Fixed planning activities"
Then only use Fixed duration planning mode, without assignment.
You'll have access to enter manual progress and real work will be calculated as validated x progress
