In our live database some users have repeatedly telling us their ticket is deleted/disappeared after ticket creation.
We have check that searching ticketid displays no data.
Ticketid value is obtained/preserved/maintained by database.
No logs are found in log file so can't share log entry.

Possibly it's just an access right situation.
For instance users may be able to create tickets, but see only tickets they are responsible for...
