Hello,
I want to know if I modify form with plug-in Screen customization, i must update form when new version of product will be available.
I want to add some filed on Project form (to add (for example): ITIL Process (Incident, Change, Problem, .....) must be implemented and followed.

Easy.
You can add new list field, with own content.
