So i have activated the IMAP service to be able to save responses into notes, but the note shows as empty, only the place holder number is added. I think to have set everything up properly. I have also restarted the cron job. The log file does not say much.

If you have new notes added, it means your system is correctly configured.
If content is empty, it is because system could not detect thje response message.
Try and :
- enter message with several lines in response
- add 2 blank lines after your message in response
