Hello,
I'm currently in version 10.2.1 and I want to upgrade to last stable version (10.4.4).
Can I directly jump to last version or do I have to pass each patch/version from 10.2.1 to 10.4.4?

You can migrate from any version to any more recent version.
You don't have to apply each step, the migration process will manage any jump.
Just avoid downgrading, as it would then generate errors on next upgrade.
