Hi Babynus,
I discovered following:
If open a new Ticket or Activity which is not save for the first time, then flag for "handled", "done" and "closed" not locked, even when it is set up in Ticket / Activity type to be locked.
I assume this is, because status is not know at this point of time.
Possible solution: Check type setting before open new Ticket / Activity.

Hi,
Yes, it is a minor issue.
Very minor as checks will be cleared if locked and should not be checked.
The most simple : checks will be locked on creation (as default stauts is "recorded", it is coherent).
