Hello,
Since v12.4.1 we get no mail sent from ticket update.
The test mail works fine.
Since i didn't setup this instance of Projeqtor, is there anything to setup for these mails to be sent ?

Everything seems to be checked in "Event notification".

We are seeing the same behavior here. Since upgrading from 12.3 to 12.4.1, no email status change notifications for tickets are being sent anymore. There are no error messages in the logs. Other emails or test emails are working like before.

I have seen the same issues but not for only tickets... Activities also.

This issue is fixed and fix is available through subscription.
