Hello,
Since version 12.4.1 we have a problem when a ticker is updated or change status, the mail that where sent before updating the user that originally sent the original ticket is not sent anymore.
The test mail works properly, is there anything that i am missing ?
Since i did not install this Porjector instance, is there anything to setup for these mails to be sent ?
