Hi,
I don't understand calculation for 1 project.
Duration KPI for project is calculated with this formula KPI duration = (End validated date - start validated dates ) - (end planned date- start validated date).
I don't understand why you use "start planned date" in the calculation?
The reference date is the "start validated date" .....

Because KPI Duration is (Validated duration) - (Planned Duration)

Planned duration is equal to validated duration.
If you replace "start planned date" with "validated start date" you don't get a Duration KPI, but a "delivery delay" KPI.
