You invented time zone in Global Parameters some time ago. Here I have an issue, not an urgent, but an issue, where I could not find any in the forum:
In Global Parameters, you can see, time zone is Berlin. Then time format should be in 24 hour format (local format), but it is not. It’s AM/PM format.
In parameters.php time zone is set as well to Berlin. On my web server (php.ini) I have time zone also set to Berlin.
In an Ticket, it’s the same, time format is not in local format.
Any idea to sort out this display issue?

Time format is automatically managed by Dojo.
It takes into account your browser locale and has nothing to do with timezone definition, which is used to calculate time on server side.
To fit your need, we should add time format is user parameter, as we did for date format (Ticket #2270)
We should also implement timezone for each user to be able to display locale time for users working on same projeqtor instance from different countries (Ticket #2596).
Ticket 2270: seems to be definitely what I meant to be.
Ticket 2596: I never thought about this, but you are right.
