I'm trying to set my project planning, but I faced to a problem :
- The duration of an activity is much longer than it must be... I planned 1,5day and the activity is planned with 27days. I don't understand why, could you help me ?

Did you define affectation start date for one of the two assigned resources ?
No, I don't do that. Where can I check to be sure ?
In affectation list, that you'll find in 3 points :
- affectation list in the resource screen
- affectation list in the project screen
- affectation screen
After a quick check, i'm sure, there isn't any start date for both resources
Could you show tasks before the one in issue ?
I guess assigned resources are busy on other tasks.
Please also check (and possibly display) report "planning">>"Monthly planning resource/project/activity".
