We have recently upgraded to Projeqtor 6.2.5. After few days of use, I was working on customizing screens (with plugin 'Personnalisation des écrans') when occurred the issue. We did some server reboots and services restart but we still have the issue.
Issue: We launch the application and submit login: "Connexion acceptée"; but the screen becomes all white and nothing else appends. The behavior is equal on Firefox, Chrome and IE.
Try and rename all files under /model/custom (for instance add .old extension)
Test that all works fine.
Then rename correctly files one by one to find the one that generates the issue.
When identified, post it here 😉
We found out that the Quotation.php was in error, with an extra comma : in attachement

We fixed the issue that was source of the problem when customazing quotation screen.
I guess oyu already fixed issue on your side (remove exta comma)
Yes, now that problem has been solved but we still have an issue creating an order; and for taht one, I don't understand the log ....

Log says executiion is much too long.
This seems to highlight an issue that we cannot reproduce.
Do you have some customization on Bill ?
(file /model/custom/Bill.php should then exist)
If so, please post it here so that we may investigate.
No update on Bill. Only on Quotation (to remove the extra comma) and on Project with new fields.
To help you understand :
- on Projeqtor Production, we are actually using V6.1.3 and we can create Bills.
- on Projeqtor DEV, we are using V6.2.5 and we cab create bill, but no orders.
Can you post here content of your folder /model/custom

(I don't think it depends on version, but it may depend on customization)
Custom folder attached.
It looks like, even with error message, some orders are created somewhere because I cannot delete custom order types whitch are used in existing orders.

I just tested your custom files.
There does not seem to have errors.
Can you (to be sure) check that you have fields
- annee in table expense
- cdPrioProj, idchargeglobalse, idDirection in talbe project
