To have new language added, just follow these instructions :
- download "Reference language translation file (Excel)" (lang.xls) file on the download page
- use one existing column to implement your translation
- use macro (button on on main sheet) to generate lang.js files : copy these files on your projeqtor instance to test your translations
- send your lang.xls file to me (support@projeqtor.org)
=> your new language will be added in next version.
the file lang.xls in the download page is old.
I need the file for 10.4 to translation.

Finally - I got it - lang.js on folder /projeqtor/tool/i18n/nls/en and converted to excel format of lang.xls
