I even tried to create a resource, it works but I do not see it in the list.

in fact it happens when I try to attach a picture to a resource.

I tried with a member of a team, the software crashed. I opened the software, and loose any resources the team. There is a problem with the file attachment.

Could you please detail step by step what you do and what you obtain ?

Directories must be specified locally to your Server
For instance
/home/documents

/home/projeqtor/Documents must exist and PHP user must have write access on it.

how do I know if the PHP users can access them?

check ownership and rights.
For instance, try

chmod 777 /home/projeqtor/Documents

(not the best secured, but should work.
