I have recently signed up my company for Projeqtor linked to our domain. However, when I invite employees into the system, the credentials issued by the system do not work. It says they are invalid. Please see attached a screen shot of that. Please assist

Maybe system is right 😉
Check logs for more information.
Also try and reset password for these users...
