Sorry for this silly question but i can't find the API documentation, on the website or the user manual.
Could you please link it to me ?

API is not described in the new User Manual.
It will be included in a Technical Manual that is not available yet.
But API is described is the old user manual (before V5.1) and you can download it on the download page : https://www.projeqtor.org/en/product-en/downloads
(API is described pages 203 to 206)
