[#8926]

Hi,
I have a project with two resources, one with admin rights, the other (a client) with restricted rights (he can read, create, modify tickets, but cannot delete them).
- From the Kanban view, if the admin creates a new ticket, it appears in the kanban Ticket view. This also appears in the kanban view from the customer account.
- If the customer creates a new ticket, it does not appear in the kanban view, but it also does not appear in the admin's kanban view.
- On the other hand, the ticket is clearly visible in the Ticket menu by the 2 resources.
- The customer changes a parameter of the Ticket (the manager for example). This does not change anything for any of the 2 resources.
- The admin changes a parameter of the Ticket. The ticket finally appears in the kanban view.

I can't figure out what needs to be changed to have the Ticket in the kanban as soon as it's created, or if it's a known bug.

THANKS

Hi,
I tried and reproduce your use case and could not get the behavior you face.
1) Do you have any filter on the Kanban that would explain you don't see the new tickets ?
2) Which version of projeqtor are you using ?
3) Can you give mode detail of the access rights you defined ? (screenshots of rights for the "client" profile")

Thanks

The tests were made with a version v10.2.2 and with a v10.3.3. Same behavior.
Our 2 instances have the same settings (except new of course).

On a Kanban: ticket status.

I did the following checks:
- No filter applied.
- No option checked

Additional test:
- Creation of a new ticket by the customer ==> not visible in the Kanban view, present in the Ticket menu.
- The admin resource does not see the ticket in the kanban.
- The admin resource edits the Ticket from the Ticket menu. It makes no changes. Save it. Display of the message "Ticket updated" when one would expect the message "no changes to save"
- The Ticket appears in the Kanban for the 2 resources.
- Customer resource makes a 2nd ticket. Select another Ticket, then return to the new Ticket. save the Ticket, without modifying anything. Display of the message "Ticket updated". But still does not show up in the kanban.
