I am planning to buy the "screen personalization" plugin. I would like to confirm with you that it's possible with this plugin to modify the name of a predefined field. I thank you in advance for your return.

No, it's not possible to redefine the name of an existing field with screen customization plugin.
For this you should need "personalized translations". Ha a look at it.
