I would like to ask whether it is possible to set the time of cron's email (e.g. default email alert of task due) send time? I noticed some emails are sent in mid-night (e.g. task due date email sent around 0:00) and would like to change the time of email to be sent. Moreover, is it possible to set a period which cron emails will not be sent?

I think it is not possible for yet. Except if you deactivate cron.
