I would like to know if there is a way to filter the elements by their assignements.
Basically to have the same kind of information everybody has on its "Today" view with the "assigned to me", but in a 3rd person view with a "assigned to somebody", in addition of the classical type filter of the global view.
For example I would like to know which tickets and actions are currently assigned to Mr. Doe.

Pay attention that "assigned to" has a specific meaning, which is different meaning from "has responsible".
"Assigned to" has some meaning only for activities, where you assign resources.
On tickets, you only define "responsîble".
And as you can also define responsible on Activities, you could define advanced filter on Global view with criteria "responsible" amongst... and possible select "dynamic" as value, the save the filter. Now, each time you select the filter, you'll be asked to select the responsible to see all items where the selected resource is responsible.
