Hey,
I have an error on a ticket when i try to re-open it (because it was closed by another but not wanted).
I never seen this error and i clearly don't understand what i have to do... Some help please ?

Hello,
Could you use button scan for issues then fix issues.
This is in Administration screen.
If you still have the same issue, send me more information.

Ehm, i don't have this on my Administration Screen 🙁 Maybe because i'm on 7.0.9 ?
