Message in pop-op (at right click on bar) is clear : you need to calculate planning (use big gear button on planning screen)

If you mean button that I mentionned in attached screenshot, I answer that it doesn't resolve problem. (Please take look below to screenshot)
I used it since first time, and however planning is calculated I have always same problem.

When you click on this button, you get the list of projects that will be calculated.
Be sure to select your project and click OK.
Please post new screenshot afterward.

I did it but I have same error 🙁 (Please see below screenshot)
I selected "All project", then I selected only my project and finally I selected all project I have but no way

So your project or task is not planned.
Several possible reasons :
- you don't have right to calculate planning for this project
- project is administrative (lokk at project type)
- project has "fix planning" (look at value for checkbox)
- task has "fix planning" (look at value for checkbox)

It seems that reason that you sent to me are not tthe cause of my problem.
I ckecked it one by one in my project but problem is not resolved.

I taked 14 screenshots from differents UI in my ProjeQtor that I thought they could contain the cause of my problem.
Please find in attached a .zip

We choose projeqtor between many are solution because we like too much how planning is calculated.
Hope that we could together find solution for this.

Hi,

Your resource #3 has capacity (FTE) = 0
It means he can work 0 days per day.
This explains why the planning gives no result.
Chenge Capacity to 1 (standard value) to have planning work.

After following your last mail, we have only one problem resolved. (in relation with timesheet)
Now, colors in timesheet are well displayed ('Green' for all working days with 8 hours and 'Red' for off days).

But, planning calculation still not working !

Any help please. Could you take a look again to all screenshot that I sent in others messages.

When capacity is fixed, recalculate planning.
If planning is not calculated, check allocation rate to project : it must not be 0 on projct and on parent projects.

If we well understand "Rate", it's column "Rate" into project/Allocation to project.
Please take a look to screenshots we attached to this ticket and check with us if rate is well done.

Else , we always have doubt that probems are caused by fields into "Dates and durations" into every activity. There are always empty.
But when ressource fills into timesheet and "real time" of activity becomes > 0, planning is well calculated (Look please to screenshots called "Real_time_1.png" & "Real_time_2.png")

So there is nothing more to plan...

Our project and team are growing and we need to solve this problem in order to decide if we will continue with projeqtor or not.
We chose projeqtor because we liked too much planning calculation and until now it doesn't work for us.

Picture "Real_time_1.png.png" was sent to show you that planning is calculated only for activity that has "Real time > 0 ".

On real_time_1, you don't have planning, but display of real work.
So I guess your project is not correctly calculated for some reason.

I'm sure there is something in your configuration that forbids planning calculation. This can be :
- fix planning flag on the project.
- allocation rate to zero : this must be controlled on the project and on parent projects, up to top level (the restriction on allocation rate is controlled on the whole hierarchy).
- assignment rate to zero
- capacity of resource to zero
- calendar with no oppen day
