Hello,
I want to affect different profiles to the same user. For example, the user "user1" can be the project manager of the project "prj1" and the developper of the project "prj2".
Actually, i can only specify only one profile for the user.
Can you explain me how to do that.

It is just not possible to set 2 profiles for same user. 1 user = 1 profile.
Possible workaround : set 2 users, with corresponding profile, and corresponding affectation rate.
But the user will have to connect with different logon depending on the project.
By the way, when a user is a project Leader, you may assign him with Projet Leader profile, and trust him not to restirct his actions on the projets where he is a simple developer.
