My boss would like to harden the update of data to minimize accidental updates (to which he has been confronted in the past, sometimes with damage).
As the magnifier on some fields display a pop-up (sometimes with updatable data), is it possible to have fields non updatable in single display, but only through a pop-up ?
Of course, this concerns only updates, not initial entry.
I think I can develop this if I gain to understand the "magnifier" principle.

Sure, that must be entirely parametrable. Else that would be a copy of current used software, too and too much locked !
I just need to know how to generate updatable pop-up as provided by magnifier. Then I will apply to fields as requested by my boss.
