Hi,
According to the User Guide, @ Submit Work : "The validation system is optional and can therefore be hidden."
I disabled the "Validate real work" for all my profiles but the submit button is still visible.
Is there anything else to do ?

Yes the validation system. Not the submit work. It is not possible for this button. Sorry 
But you're right to point it out, the sentence is confusing there and we'll move it under the correct button on the next release.
