Is it possible to hide closed items in the dairy view? I can see that the closed items have the icon faded, but on diaries with many entries it's hard to tell them apart.

So what you see is real work spent on closed item.

Yes, I am overseeing tasks assigned to other people in the team. The fastest way I found to do it was to check their calendars and I could quickly see which tasks where pending and their due date, but for certain projects people have started to input real work on tasks and after they are closed its hard to distinguish, on the diary view, what is pending and what is done. Doing this check trhough Resource planning is really time consuming, especially for people involved in many projects.
Hidding closed items from Dairy gives a quick visual of things pending, another very useful feature imo would be to have a diary clanedar view for pojects, again because of the quick visual fgiven on tasks status and due dates.
