InGlobal Parameters, you have section "Unit for work" (maybe you have to unfold it to view content).
Here you have :
- unit for real work allocation : days or hours
- unit for workload : days or hours
- number of hours per day : take care to define correct value and never change it if some work is entered in hours (remember that projeqtor always store value in days and displays hours using this value for converstion)

Thanks. I've found a little issue: in the spanish bundle, the option hours doesn't appear (it says "LDAP host"). With english languaje, it's ok.
