Pink errors are just warnings :
- module php-imap is missing (required only to retreive tichets from emails)
- module php openssl is missing (required only if you connet to the db through SSL)
- max_inout_vars too small in php.ini (will be an iue only if some resources hare many lines in timesheet)

Red error is blocking : wrong acces to DB.
Possibly password is wrong. If you installed for instance on WAMP, try without a password.

To be honest I do not understand what is the source of problem. I am not a scientist only end user trying to use ProjeQtOr

You don't have to mind about warnings.
Just changing log level will hide these errors.

Errors are all the save : privilege (access rights) on files.
Chnge rights si that all wamp directory is write enabled.

NB : EasyPHP Devserver is designed for development
If you don't know about Web Serverrs and Databases, you'd better use a production configuration.
