Hello,
I am trying to use the financial part but I cannot create new elements in the categories except in "budgets" and "financial catalog" (the button "create a new element" is grey).
Could you please help me ?

Hello
The button is grayed out because you don't have the rights (CRUD) granted on these elements.
Ask your administrator to grant you the rights to create and / or modify (via the access modes and the access to data depending on the project) on the various financial elements
