Hello, I have a similar question : we use previous tickets as knowledge database.
The we would like to search on ANY ticket and note, regardless its state and access rights.
Let's say I want to be able to find any "ERROR 52" related ticket regardless I'm affected to customer projects or not, and regardless the customers, projects and tickets status.

I search "Complément" in notes.
I try this feature with seach "Complé" and "Comple" and it doesn't work 🙁
BUT it work with without "é" or "e" : Compl"

It's a bug or my 9.3.5 is too old ?

I gess searching with accents won't work as CK Editor replaces accents with HTML characters.
So searching in notes with accents won't work.

Quick Search option will seach whatever the status, even closed tickets will e retreived, but won't bypass access rights.
If user hasn't rights to see a ticket, he will never see it, whatever the way he tries.
It is a security option that we will never remove.
