It's possible create a plugin to integrated JIRA cloud with projeQtor? what i need for do that?

From Jira "Cloud", I'm afraid you won't have possibility to integrate interface from Jira to ProjeQtOr, using ProjeQtOr API.
So only possiblity is to design plugin from ProjeQtOr to Jira.
What you need :
- definition of need (push from ProjeQtOr to jira, pull from Jira to ProjeQtOR, bidirectional, ...)
- good PHP devs skills,
- good knowledge on "how to develop plugins with projeqtor",
- good knowledge of Jira API.
