and I dont found the memory parameters en PlanningElement.php on line 828

The planning process exceed 512 MB.
You can change this limit in php.ini :
memory_limit = 1024M
But maybe you try to plan too many projects once...
If your php config let you do you, you can also define the limit in the source, in /model/plannedWork.php, line 94 :
ini_set('memory_limit', '1024M');
