Is pear a new module to install in v7.2.2. ?

No, no pear needed.
I also checked external libraries, no reference to pear.
I don't know where this error comes from.
It is also surprising as issue is poonted out at line 980 of file Cron.php, but this file only has 940 lines...

Ok may be my fault
I develop new features with new libs in projeqtor.
in v7.2.2, there is something new that i have to fix.
