what planning method should be used in projeqtor for projects where the start date of the activities is not known when the schedule is drawn up?

You may not have the start dates but you probably know how long they will last depending on what needs to be done, you may also know who will work on them... in this case, try the "as soon as possible" or "fixed duration" mode, the project will be calculated on the current date but can be moved later...
