I was checking for mandatory of projects in each of modules in projeQtOr.
I found that project field found non-mandatory in implemented on my system where as it's showing mandatory in demo version of projeQtOr.
I would like to know that is it possible to make mandatory of project field in any module by administrator.

Please details for the action if any parameter related change, i can do for doing field mandatory in my system.

For requirements, you must have a profile lower than manager + for the project field to be mandatory.
If you are a manager + this field is not required. So this is normal behavior.
If you want to make fields mandatory, regardless of the profile, you can use the plugin screen customization
