As far as I understand, the way Projeqtor works is: a Project Leader can see a Project once he is assigned to it and the assignment (Affectation) start date is in the past.
However I would like my Project Leaders to see their project before they start (to assign other resources, work on plannings, ...).
The only workaround I found is to put a start date for assignement before "today" so that they can see all projects. The issue is that is create incorrect information in my resource loading plan because Project Leaders appear as assigned although they are not in reality.
I there another possibility using access rights or other?

If your project leader starts to work on the project, then affectation is effective and start date should be passed...
Notice that affectation start date will not interfer with project start date, so affectation of project leader can be before project start date...
