for many reasons, my projeqtor is running on v5.0.1.
Last week, i've got a new server (thanks santa ^^) and i want to proceed a update to 6.0.5 my projeqtor.
My question is:
Can i do that directly or i'll have to update version by version until 6.0.5 ?

You can migrate in one single shot.
Migration will iteratively install all patches from your current version to new one.

I tried to upgrade to 6.0.5.
It went smoothly, however, once identified, projects are no longer allocated to resources.
Someone would have any idea ?

Very strange.
Never had such issue, and nothing deals with allocation on V6.0 (except change of caption Affectation to Allocation 😉 )
Can you check log file for issues during migration ?
